This page reports some of our recent client successes in being offered grants to assist their R&D project development. A Horncastle firm was offered a grant of £70,000 to assist a £200,000 Development Project to make a pre-production prototype of a self-diagnosis and self-healing remote monitoring and control chemical plant system. A Gainsborough firm was offered a grant of £75,000 to assist a £154,000 Research Project, to look at the possibility of developing very high compression data transfer systems capable of handling feed from high resolution images of several colour CCTV sources as well as other security demands up a 3G mobile network path. A Sleaford firm was offered a grant of £105,000 to assist a £300,000 Development Project to prototype a highly advanced flexible seed planting system. This made use of the latest digital computing, GPS technology and soil information to maximise seed yield, as well as handling a large range of plant seed types including oil varieties. |
